Good luck with the temp job. Praying it’s relatively painless to get through it.

Be encouraged in the work. Wherever God places you, you have the opportunity to be a witness for Him in the world. Even the “quiet” witness of your presence, diligence, cheer. Glory to God, it is impossible to know the seeds you plant for His harvest.

What a gift this is to us Christians. Even scrubbing toilets can be done to God’s glory. We can accomplish the most valuable job (bringing others to Him) even while we drudge thru the sludge.

"I can't say I don't believe in your God, but I don't believe He meant the world to be as it is." ~Nicholas Higgins. North and South.

"I wanted you to see what real courage is, instead of getting the idea that courage is a man with a gun in his hand. It's when you know you are licked before you begin but you begin anyway and you see it through no matter what." No idea where that last quote came from, but I like it!
