This is really well coordinated. I think that the look suits you well and doesn’t necessarily look Islamic either.

Beautiful skirt – and no peasant (at least in my imagining) ever wore a beautiful orange like that.

I think the coordinating springy colors make it look very unpeasant-like! I love how your headscarf really pulls all the other colors that you are wearing together.

Adorable outfit. The scarf and the top seem made for each other. You’ve got a nice balance of modesty and practical dressing.

I haven’t kept up with your blog like I used to, but I am loving the outfit. I love the hijab style scarves too! I have been wearing tichels myself lately, but feel drawn to the hijab scarves 🙂 Though I haven’t taken the plunge to actually wear one! In do time I suppose…

    Love and Prayers,

"I can't say I don't believe in your God, but I don't believe He meant the world to be as it is." ~Nicholas Higgins. North and South.

"I wanted you to see what real courage is, instead of getting the idea that courage is a man with a gun in his hand. It's when you know you are licked before you begin but you begin anyway and you see it through no matter what." No idea where that last quote came from, but I like it!
