Hail, hail

We got serious hail damage last night on our car. The front windshield has a large circular impact crater, tennis ball sized. The rest of the car has dents pock-marked throughout. I will post pics later. We are fortunate to not have any further damage to ourselves or home. Insurance should cover it, I hope.

I can just imagine. We had a storm like that go through here about 3 weeks ago. It made lots of holes in peoples sidding on their houses. It made dents in cars and broke glass. The one car dealership nearby had a hail sale. They sold the hail damage cars cheep.

    Glad that you are ok.

Sometimes natural disasters can be blessings in disguise.

"I can't say I don't believe in your God, but I don't believe He meant the world to be as it is." ~Nicholas Higgins. North and South.

"I wanted you to see what real courage is, instead of getting the idea that courage is a man with a gun in his hand. It's when you know you are licked before you begin but you begin anyway and you see it through no matter what." No idea where that last quote came from, but I like it!
