The House Sold!

My parents’ old house, which had been on the market for over a year…SOLD yesterday! A quick closing, too, by the end of May. Glory to God for all things!

That house was one of the head scratchers, like, “Why wouldn’t it sell?!?!? Its so nice and the neighbors are nice and the views are so nice….etc.”

Just bad timing in the market, I guess. Now my parents will have a major burden off their backs by the time we show up in a month.

That is a blessing. The housing market is the pits, so being able to sell their property and not have that financial burden is a great thing. I hope good news for all of you continues as the move approaches.

Quotes

"I can't say I don't believe in your God, but I don't believe He meant the world to be as it is." ~Nicholas Higgins. North and South.

"I wanted you to see what real courage is, instead of getting the idea that courage is a man with a gun in his hand. It's when you know you are licked before you begin but you begin anyway and you see it through no matter what." No idea where that last quote came from, but I like it!
