Plans are Shaping Up

The new semester starts today. A new librarian starts today.  See Anna Run! Run, run, run! My seriously busy time starts next week as I collaborate with some professors on a special seminar. A dozen students shall soon invade my sanctum. This is a good thing. I like helping people and teaching them new things.

On the Bright Futures front, Dad gave me an insider’s tip for job prospects. He happens to know (and I know her, too) an HR lady at a major hospital complex in our chosen destination range. She would be very interested in seeing Jeff’s resume come across her desk. How warm fuzzy is that! When so many people are struggling to find work…we will most likely not be without.

The new semester starting has sharpened my attention towards the end thereof. Wow. A concrete goal in t-minus4.5 months and counting!

    Hi Anna!
I know the feeling. I am planning a move and change in job as well. (It may even be Virginia!) And seeing the light at the end of the tunnel is indeed a big help. Best wishes and many blessings for this time of ending and new beginnings for thee.

"I can't say I don't believe in your God, but I don't believe He meant the world to be as it is." ~Nicholas Higgins. North and South.

"I wanted you to see what real courage is, instead of getting the idea that courage is a man with a gun in his hand. It's when you know you are licked before you begin but you begin anyway and you see it through no matter what." No idea where that last quote came from, but I like it!
