Charity Kits

Attention Seamstresses! Attention Baby-Lovers!

I Stumbled Upon the following charity gift kits you can assemble for the United Methodist Committee on Relief, (UMCOR).

A Sewing Kit – Note woman in hijab in photo.

A Baby Layette – which requires 6 cloth diapers. You can sew these quite easily.

Or you can sew or knit items to go into kits – Note again, cloth diapers…and baby sweaters which open in the front.

This has been your daily charity announcement.

The woman in the baby kit photo is also wearing a head covering.

"I can't say I don't believe in your God, but I don't believe He meant the world to be as it is." ~Nicholas Higgins. North and South.

"I wanted you to see what real courage is, instead of getting the idea that courage is a man with a gun in his hand. It's when you know you are licked before you begin but you begin anyway and you see it through no matter what." No idea where that last quote came from, but I like it!
