Grumpy Librarian vs. Infatuated Students

With a title like that you can guess what just happened.

Two students (of opposite sex) were having a little session in view of my office window, the front of the library windows on the second story, and the security cameras that are projected on a flat screen tv by the front entrance.

So, ummm, yeah, I had to tell them to move along.

The young man replied, “That’s ok; we’re not ashamed.”

The girl giggled.

I replied, “Just so you know, the whole library saw you.”

They walked away.

I should have said, “Yeah, but I AM. Go somewhere outside.”

The Public. *Sigh*

"I can't say I don't believe in your God, but I don't believe He meant the world to be as it is." ~Nicholas Higgins. North and South.

"I wanted you to see what real courage is, instead of getting the idea that courage is a man with a gun in his hand. It's when you know you are licked before you begin but you begin anyway and you see it through no matter what." No idea where that last quote came from, but I like it!
