Prayer Request Flash

:::Update::: Uncle Dennis will be fine, except for whiplash, he was otherwise unhurt. His auto, I think, will be a total loss. Bummer.

Jeff just left the house to go pick up his uncle from the scene of a car accident. Uncle Dennis was rear-ended at a high rate of speed. He was able to call Jeff…so I guess that is a good thing but he wanted to go to the ER to get checked out. He retired from radiology; he knows the drill. Pray that there were no internal injuries and that he can get his vehicle replaced. Rather a shocking thing!

I did that (rear-ended someone going from 55mph to slamming on my brakes 3 car lengths behind her) to a person one time, by accident of course. I still pray for her, and hope she’s OK. I’m permanently injured from it.

    Saying a prayer for Dennis.

"I can't say I don't believe in your God, but I don't believe He meant the world to be as it is." ~Nicholas Higgins. North and South.

"I wanted you to see what real courage is, instead of getting the idea that courage is a man with a gun in his hand. It's when you know you are licked before you begin but you begin anyway and you see it through no matter what." No idea where that last quote came from, but I like it!
