That’s a beautiful picture, but I don’t understand the quote at the bottom. I’m sorry. Could you clarify it?

The complete quote is from 2 Corinthians Chapter 12, verse 2:

“For I am jealous for you with godly jealousy; for I have betrothed you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.”

The “I” in this case is Paul and the “you” being the Corinthian church.

    Hope this helps!

What Bible version are you using? My Bible doesn’t say that in 2 Corinthians at all… *insert confused face here* I have a KJV, and it says 2 Cor. 12:2 — “I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven.”

That was a mistake, thanks for catching it! It should be 2 Corinthians 11, not chapter 12.

"I can't say I don't believe in your God, but I don't believe He meant the world to be as it is." ~Nicholas Higgins. North and South.

"I wanted you to see what real courage is, instead of getting the idea that courage is a man with a gun in his hand. It's when you know you are licked before you begin but you begin anyway and you see it through no matter what." No idea where that last quote came from, but I like it!
